Storm Dogs, Bulletproof Coffin, The Darkness and SWALC

This weekend (Saturday 15th September): SWALC is a Micro-Arts Festival, held in the Lord Clyde Pub in London's Islington. Si Spencer has been running the event for a while now and I've heard lots of good things about it. This Saturday I'll get to experience it first-hand along with Shaky Kane because we are guests. That's right! You can come along to chat with us, buy the new collection of The Bulletproof Coffin: Disinterred, bug Shaky for a sketch, while listening to music and supping fine ale. Here's how to find it: 
Nearest tubes are Angel and Highbury & Islington.
From Angel it's a fifteen minute walk - head up Upper Street, fork right at Islington Green onto Essex Rd and keep going; or get a 73, 341, 38, 56 and get off at Ockendon Rd
From H and I, it’s a ten minute walk. Cross the roundabout and head down St Pauls Rd. Turn right down Clephane Rd and you’re there. Or catch a 277 or 30 bus from opposite the Hen and Chickens and get off at the Balls Pond Rd crossroads and walk 5 minutes down Essex Road.
Nearest overgrounds are Canonbury Station and Essex Road.
From Kings Cross or Euston you can take a 73, 341 or 476 and get off at Ockendon Road
