The Man Who Laughs at the Mall Galleries

Come along and immerse yourself in a splendid array of artwork and publications, watch illustrators drawing live in the venue, meet your favourite creators and discover talented up-and-coming artists.

Below you'll find a list of some of the other publishers and creators who will be at the fair.

An independent press, publishing limited edition first books by authorial illustrators.
Elliot Baggott is a Comic artist whose work explores processes of urban decay and regeneration, and their parallels in the field of conservation.
Dan Berry is an illustrator, designer, cartoonist and lecturer based somewhere around the middle of the UK.
Hannah Berry is mostly a graphic novelist, but also a writer, illustrator, occasional lecturer and editorial gun-for-hire. 
Gareth Brookes is a comics creator known for his unusual approach to materials. He has used embroidery, textiles, lino-cut print, stenciling and even pressed flowers in his work and much of his self published output is handmade.
Since 2008 Paul has been self-publishing a collection of short narrative stories in a zine entitled Browner-Knowle. His work has been published by Fantagraphics books in the U.S. as well as Stripburger in Europe.
Decadence
Decadence is a comic anthology and collective that publishes science fiction stories. Their comics feature psychedelic altered states and dystopian visions.
Joe Decie draws pictures in boxes that are true and made up. His first book, The Accidental Salad, was published by Blank Slate in 2011.
Isabel Greenberg is a London based illustrator and writer. She is currently working on her first graphic novel 'The Encyclopedia of Early Earth' which is due to be publushed in 2013 by Jonathan Cape in the UK, Random House in Canada and Little Brown in the US.
Steven Harris
Steven Harris is a British cartoonist and writer, based in London. He has illustrated a range of books for the Nightingale Press's Modern Anthropology range of humorous Modern Guides, including Hats (which he also authored), Drink, and Spectacles.
Daniel Locke is a UK based artist and illustrator. His work is featured in the 'Open Day Book' in the USA and 'A Graphic Cosmogony' from Nobrow Press, as well as appearing in many anthologies of contemporary comics.
Jamie Mills is a visual artist and illustrator from York. Primarily focussed on nature, repetition and structure the work often looks to show the connections between things, as well as look at human beings and their link with the environment.
Douglas Noble
Douglas Noble is a Scottish cartoonist, known mainly for his work in British small press comics, particularly his own title, Strip For Me.
Nobrow works with talented illustrators from around the world to produce books, prints and other fine collectable objects.
The Pittville Press is run by the illustration department at the University of Gloucestershire, a course with a particular emphasis on sequential illustration and graphic storytelling. They print and publish illustrated books and journals created by their students.
Owen Pomery
Owen Pomery is an illustrator and architectural model maker. He has recently combined his love of architecture and graphic narrative into a self-published comic series 'Between the Billboards'.
Andy Poyiadgi
A J Poyiadgi makes comics and films. He likes the collaborative nature of one and the solitary demands of the other.
Karen Rubins
Karen Rubins is an award-winning comics artist living and working in London, UK. In 2009 she spent six months as the V&A museum's official Comics Artist in Residence, using their collections as inspiration and research.
SelfMadeHero is a quirky independent publishing house committed to producing ground-breaking work in the graphic novel medium.
Soaring Penguin
Soaring Penguin Press is an eclectic publisher, specialising in graphic novels and poetry, predominantly from emerging new writers.
